James has very good knowledge of the area and was able to get a result that i was very happy with. I believe james' marketing strategy is very good and helps to get the word out quickly. Our house had several offers after the first weekend wich resulted in us being able to pursue a property we were set on.

James helped me to buy a property two years ago and now organised and helped to sell the property in 2024.
