Michelle has been managing our rental house for almost a year. We are extremely happy with her service, particularly her excellent communication with both ourselves and the tenant. She is quick to identify maintenance issues with the house and arrange for repairs, her quick actions reduce the severity of the issues and in the end save us maintenance costs.
We have a long term tenant in place, and strongly believe that Michelle’s excellent communication and service allow us to keep this tenant in place.
We were previously very disappointed at the lack of management from our previous property manager, and were strongly considering changing real estate companies. It is purely Michelle’s excellent service that has kept us with Professionals Northern Coast.

Professionals Northern Coast has been managing my two properties in the northern suburbs for the last 4 years and I can only say that I am very pleased with their service and professionalism.
