Michelle has been managing our rental house for almost a year. We are extremely happy with her service, particularly her excellent communication with both ourselves and the tenant. Professionals Northern Coast has been managing my two properties in the northern suburbs for the last 4 years and I can only say that I am very pleased with their service and professionalism.
They really do take all the issues out of property rental for the landlord. I have not once had to worry about these properties, in regards to new tenants, rental collection, maintenance & inspections since they took over the management.
I can honestly say that during the 4 year period I have not had one bad tenant and going on horror stories I have heard it I put it down to Professionals Northern Coast doing a proper and detailed evaluation of anyone intending to rent through them.
